Reference Home Cinema Loudspeakers & Subwoofers — Engineered in Sweden
Procella Audio is a Swedish loudspeaker manufacturer that has spent two decades engineering some of the highest-output, lowest-distortion cinema loudspeakers in the world. Procella’s design philosophy is uncompromising — every speaker is built to reproduce the full dynamic range of a modern film soundtrack at true reference level, effortlessly and without compression, from cabinets far more compact than conventional designs of equal capability. Procella loudspeakers carry THX certification and are trusted in professional screening rooms, pm3 studios and the world’s finest private cinemas. Audio Dynamics is an authorised Procella integrator in Bangalore, designing and installing complete Procella home cinema systems across India.
The P28 Mk3 is Procella's solution for maximum dynamic range in very large rooms that cannot accommodate a full-range cabinet. Two 8-inch mid-woofers are arranged in a D'Appolito configuration around a 1.5-inch waveguide-loaded compression driver — a layout that minimises floor and ceiling reflections for cleaner, more intelligible sound.
With 95 dB sensitivity and up to 128 dB continuous SPL against a baffle wall, the P28 delivers effortless reference-level output. Frequency response extends to 75 Hz (-3 dB) for a clean 80 Hz crossover to a subwoofer, and its constant-directivity waveguide keeps tonal balance even across every seat. An ideal Left, Centre and Right channel for large dedicated home cinemas.
The P8 introduces a new design language for Procella, launched to mark the company's 20th anniversary. It pairs a 1-inch Italian pro-audio compression driver on a custom elliptical waveguide with an 8-inch mid-bass driver, tuned by Procella's Identical Voices crossover so it timbre-matches perfectly with the rest of the range.
THX-approved for professional screening rooms and pm3 studios, the P8 reproduces the full dynamic range of 24-bit film and music with studio accuracy and extremely low distortion. 92 dB sensitivity, up to 124 dB continuous SPL in a baffle wall, and response to 70 Hz (-3 dB) make it an outstanding LCR or surround speaker for medium and large home cinemas.
The P6 Mk2 brings Procella reference quality into a slim cabinet just 125 mm (4.9 inches) deep, designed for discreet integration alongside flat-screen televisions, projection screens and immersive speaker layouts. A 6.5-inch woofer is matched with a neodymium compression driver on a constant-directivity waveguide.
Despite its compact depth, the P6 Mk2 delivers uncompressed dynamics at high output — 90 dB sensitivity, up to 122 dB peak SPL, and response from 70 Hz to 20 kHz. Timbre-matched to the full Procella range, it works equally well as a main, surround or height channel, and as the mid/high module of the P610 system.
The P10Si Mk2 is the smallest subwoofer in the Procella range, engineered for smaller rooms and secondary systems where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised. A 10-inch long-throw driver sits in a heavily-braced 35-litre sealed enclosure.
The sealed design prioritises speed and precision — fast transient response with minimal overhang for seamless integration with the main speakers. Frequency response extends to 26 Hz (-3 dB) with 109 dB continuous and 115 dB peak output. Driven by an external amplifier.
The P15A is one of Procella's most versatile subwoofers — high output from a compact, fully active single-driver enclosure. A 15-inch long-throw pro-audio woofer with a cast-aluminium chassis is housed in a 55-litre sealed box and powered by an integrated 350-watt Class-D amplifier.
With balanced XLR connectivity, switchable polarity and user-selectable room settings, the P15A is simple to integrate and place. Response extends to 24 Hz (-3 dB) with 119 dB SPL at 50 Hz — ideal as a standalone subwoofer for small to medium rooms, or as part of a multi-subwoofer array in larger theatres. Available in black or white.
The P15 packs dual long-throw 15-inch drivers into a remarkably compact sealed enclosure just 8.75 inches deep, making serious low-frequency output possible where a large subwoofer simply will not fit.
The dual-driver sealed design moves a large volume of air with low distortion, extending to 22 Hz (-3 dB) with 125 dB SPL at 50 Hz. Driven by an external amplifier, the P15 is an excellent high-output choice for small and medium dedicated cinema rooms.
The P18 is a dual 18-inch sealed subwoofer built for serious SPL and precision in medium-to-large rooms and dedicated cinemas — without sacrificing the speed and detail that define Procella's bass.
THX pm3 studio certified, the P18 extends to 21 Hz (-3 dB) and delivers 133 dB continuous and 139 dB peak output at 50 Hz, driven by integrated 2-channel DA08-DSP amplification. A matched pair or more is recommended for the largest reference rooms.
The V18 Bass Engine is engineered for performance beyond the P18. Dual 18-inch long-throw drivers with neodymium magnets and 4-inch voice coils sit in a 205-litre sealed enclosure in Procella's unique V-Loaded configuration, where the two drivers couple and compression-load one another.
This V-Loaded design lowers distortion, sharpens transient response and reduces cone excursion at high SPL. The result is extension to 18 Hz (-3 dB) with 137 dB continuous and 143 dB peak output at 50 Hz — visceral, controlled deep bass for the most demanding home cinemas. Driven by an external amplifier.
The V21 is Procella's flagship subwoofer — the ultimate Bass Engine. Dual 21-inch long-throw professional drivers with neodymium magnets and 4.5-inch voice coils are mounted in a 255-litre sealed enclosure using the V-Loaded configuration for the lowest possible distortion and the fastest transient response at extreme output levels.
Capable of 139 dB continuous and 145 dB peak SPL with extension to 18 Hz (-3 dB), the V21 delivers bass with genuine physical authority for the largest private cinemas and reference rooms. Driven by an external amplifier.
